Operations Readiness and Support

The Operations Readiness and Support activities focus on preparing all products, systems, processes, and services for introduction into the production network environment. These activities include OSS/BSS systems development, integration and implementation, process development and process integration with providers, suppliers and partners, quality and performance management process development, and the execution of an end-to-end network, process and systems test.

Service Delivery

DynamicCity delivers services to customers on the network. Product orders are received, validated and split into their component work and service orders. DynamicCity oversees the automated processes of scheduling, notification, dispatching, execution and completion of installation work orders. DynamicCity also provides incident support, service provisioning, service activation, and testing services.

Service Support

DynamicCity’s Service Support activities focus on maintaining and managing production services on the network. Service Support activities include network monitoring, customer support and direct management of network incidents. Service Support activities also include performance reporting, network maintenance, quality management, and continuous improvement functions.

Billing and Revenue Assurance

Based on product structures, DynamicCity will develop and execute a services billing plan. The plan will include designs for event collection, data mediation, event rating, invoice generation and delivery, and dispute management. The billing plan also includes a strategy for revenue assurance and fraud detection. DynamicCity organizes and works with appropriate partners to see that all billing process and tools are in place and properly functioning before the first customer signs onto the network.

Quality and Performance Management

No operations organization is complete without a fully-developed quality and performance management program.  Using operating principles based on ITIL, Six Sigma and Lean Operations frameworks, DynamicCity has developed tools and processes with customer loyalty and service quality as the foundational objectives. A continuous improvement program keeps the DynamicCity operations organization at the top of its game at all times.
